Director of Client Management, TMC
Our client is a multi-faceted business Travel Management Company (TMC) and they are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the sales and corporate account management teams. This pivotal role is responsible for new business and retention of existing business. This includes driving the company’s revenue strategy, new business initiatives, corporate client retention and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading successful sales and account management teams in the travel sector, exceptional leadership skills, and expertise in communication and negotiation.
Additional Experience:
- Experience with Global Program management and development
- Previous working experience at senior manager level within a travel management company for 5+ years
- Strong experience in Client Relationship Management
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
- Hands on experience in creating reports and managing budgets
- Natural leader of people with excellent managerial and motivational skills.
- Relevant industry experience and in-depth knowledge of the market.
This is a hybrid London role with the expectation of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
