Director of Operational Support

Job Overview
Our client is a global business Travel Management Company (TMC). They have an exciting senior level opportunity for a Director of Operational Support. This is a newly positioned leadership role and you will play a crucial role in developing high-performing teams, be focused on delivering service excellence to clients and continually developing solutions that enhance operational processes.

Collaboration is fundamental, as this role will need to work closely with teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include: leading commercial and business growth strategy; inspirational leadership; and effective P&L management.

Experience required

Previous call centre experience is preferred and business travel industry experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Please note that this role is office based (North West).
