Implementation Manager, TMC
Our client is an award winning business Travel Management Company (TMC). They are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Implementation Manager to join their team and help onboard new business clients, ensuring a seamless transition and setting up for long-term success.
You will ensure that their travel programs are set up efficiently, effectively, and on time. This is a high-impact, client-facing role, requiring strong project management skills, a deep understanding of travel management systems, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full implementation lifecycle for new business wins, from initial discovery and contract handoff through to system configuration, training, and the final transition to the ongoing client support phase.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate travel management.
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients, in a travel management environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel programs, policies, and the technologies used to support them, including booking tools, expense management, and reporting platforms.
Skills:
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and manage complex implementations.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with an ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with corporate travel booking platforms (e.g., Concur, Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, etc).
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Jira, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
