Operations Manager, TMC

Our client is a multi-faceted travel company, covering a range of travel sectors including business and leisure. They need a talented Operations Manager to strategically develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
You will promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. You will also handle reporting, planning, and auditing tasks and conduct staff training and development.
Candidate profile:
- Excellent knowledge of at least two GDS (priority given to Galileo, and Amadeus then Sabre)
- Strong knowledge of travel products, including rail, hotel programs, and car hire.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills at all levels.
- Flexible approach, with the ability to respond to out-of-hours service during weekends and evenings.
- Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support the team.
- Good working knowledge of back-office systems.
- Understanding of account management and MIS reporting.
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
This is a central London hybrid role.
