Our global business Travel Management Company (TMC) client has a fantastic opportunity for a confident, tenacious, first rate communicator to join their Client Success team.
You will have a passion for being a customer advocate and will strive to ensure that they receive the best possible travel management service before you hand the account over to the designated Account Manager.
This is a key role between the sales and account management stages of onboarding a new client – a fabulous opportunity if you have the skills and personality to fit the bill!
Skills and experience:
This is a London based hybrid role – 3 days p/w office based or on client visits.
