Our client is an exciting business Travel Management Company (TMC), enjoying great market growth and with further ambitious expansion plans. They are looking for a Global Account Manager who will be responsible for managing client relationships. This will focus on the achievement of all client and company goals related to client retention, profitability, quality service, preferred supplier maximisation, technology implementation, on-line servicing, and business development for an assigned client portfolio.
You will work with your clients to establish travel programme business objectives, developing plans to achieve objectives, tracking and reporting progress to goals with the customer through quarterly and annual reviews.
Experience:
• Thorough knowledge of account management gained within corporate travel industry whilst working for a TMC.
• Thorough and up to date knowledge of travel industry technology
• Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis, contract management, corporate travel pricing and corporate travel industry products
• Strong negotiation skills
• Solutions development/business plan creation
• Experience assisting in account implementation.
• Ability to travel when required
This is a UK based remote role.
