Our client is a leading independent TMC and they are looking for an experience Head of Sales to plan, promote and deliver new business and existing customer growth.
You will be responsible for winning SME business through an exemplary end to end sales cycle. Also, leading a small team associated with the business development functions. As an inspirational leader, you will lead the team and identify where changes are necessary, implementing those changes in cooperation with company colleagues and the Board. You will constantly strive to achieve commercial awareness and support and motivate your team to meet revenue targets.
